Ordnance is a multi-tenant Shopify ↔ distributor automation platform. We collect: your email, organization name, Shopify store credentials (OAuth-scoped), distributor API credentials, product data synced from your distributors, order data routed through our pipeline, and standard server logs.
We never sell your data. We never share it with third parties except to operate the platform (Stripe for billing, AWS for infrastructure, Resend for transactional email).
Cancel anytime — your data is exportable as CSV from the catalog. After 30 days of inactivity post-cancellation, we archive and remove.
